The 1025 form is an appraisal form used by appraisers to appraise 2-4 unit multi-family properties. This form was made to be used for full inspections, but it can also be used for exterior-only inspections as well.
Form 1025 was developed by Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac in 2005 as an appraisal form for conventional lending purposes.
